Kualifikasi

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Management, Communication, or any related field
• Minimum GPA 3.00 from 4.00
• Minimum experience 1 year in the same field
• Communication skills both verbal and written, especially in English
• Able to think creative and innovative to develop effective marketing solution
• Preferably candidate located around the office area in Central Java.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement marketing communication plans targeting consumers and other stakeholders.
• Manage media relations and build good relationships with external parties (such as media, agencies, influencers).
• Supervise the implementation of the Company’s communication across various channels such as social media, website, and print media.
• Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing communication campaigns.
• Design marketing communication strategies aligned with the Company’s image and marketing objectives.
• Create marketing communication materials (such as press releases, advertisements, social media content, etc.).
• Manage and monitor the success of communication campaigns through social media, PR, and other channels.
• Build relationships with media, external partners, and influencers to support marketing communications.
• Prepare reports analyzing the effectiveness of marketing communications and provide recommendations for future improvements.
