Bidang Kerja: Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics / Team Leaders/Supervisors

• A Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Polymer Technology, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience working with slitting machines in BOPET or BOPP film production, with a minimum of 4 years in a supervisory or in-charge role.
• Able to speak English is a must
• Experience working within a packaging/converting manufacturer – preferable
• Hands-on experience in managing the slitting process, including setting up and troubleshooting slitting machines, monitoring productivity, and ensuring quality standards are maintained.
• Strong understanding of slitting machine operations, film properties, tension control, and rewinding techniques.
• Proficiency in identifying machine-related issues and ensuring proper calibration and maintenance.
• Experience in handling various types of films and the quality parameters associated with slitting processes.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and other quality control measures, ensuring that slitted materials meet required specifications.
• Ability to lead and supervise teams, assign tasks, and monitor the workflow on the shop floor.
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with the production, quality, and maintenance departments.
• Overseeing and managing the slitting operations for BOPET & BOPP film lines.
• Conducting regular checks on slitting machines to ensure smooth operation and performing preventive maintenance when necessary.
• Coordinating with the quality control department to ensure that all finished products meet the required specifications.
• Troubleshooting any technical issues that arise during the slitting process.
• Willing to be placed In Kawasan Modern Cikande - Serang Banten

Tentang Perusahaan

A new Company named “PT Polyplex Films Indonesia” has been incorporated in Indonesia on 11th October 2017 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Polyplex (Thailand) Public Company Limited. The Company is in the process of setting up a greenfield PET Film Line with the capacity of 44,000 metric tons per annum along with upstream Resin Plant and downstream Metallizing Plant. The commercial production is expected to start in mid - 2019. It will be located in an industrial estate in Serang towards west of Jakarta and cater mainly the domestic market in Indonesia and also the regional / other export markets.
