Job Description:

• Compare and evaluate offers from vendors and assess the quality of purchased products.
• Negotiate terms of agreements and pricing with vendors.
• Manage payment systems or billing processes.
• Maintain databases related to order details (such as Vendor, Quantity, Price, and others).
• Manage historical records of purchased products along with Delivery Orders (DO) and Invoices.
• Manage Vendor and Outsourcing Agreement documents.
• Handle asset management tasks such as tracking and monitoring, transfers, and creating SOP.
• Process reimbursement/replenishment costs for petty cash.
  

Qualifications:

• Willing to learn about Purchasing, Procurement, Building Management, Asset Management, or Facility Services.
• Understanding of IT and non-IT related goods.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to create reports and conduct cost analysis.
• Experience in Master Data Management, Data Standardization, ETL (Extract Transform Load), Data Profiling, Data Cleansing, and Business Intelligence Reporting.
• Proficient in using Purchasing software (e.g., Procurify, SpendMap, SAP) is a plus
