The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing clients

Job Desc:

  • Increase the company's product or service sales through effective selling, building business networks, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop action plans to boost sales.
  • Build strong and sustainable relationships with corporate clients.
  • Conduct regular client visits to understand their needs and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Negotiate sales agreements to achieve established sales targets.
  • Close sales transactions and ensure a smooth sales process until completion.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
  • Analyze sales data and provide recommendations for strategy improvements

Qualification :

  • A Diploma, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales is required.
  • Experience in B2B sales is preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
