Requirements:
Fluent in English
Male / Female max 35 Years
Candidate must possess at least diploma/bachelor degree in any major/related to Retail or F&B Industry
Proven experience in a supervisory role, ideally within the food and beverage or hospitality industry at least 3 years.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and resolve issues efficiently.
Knowledge of food and beverage operations and quality standards.
Basic understanding of financial management (e.g., budgeting, sales targets, cost control).
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as required.
Key Responsible :
Manage day to day cafe operation to ensure smooth & efficient services
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and café policies
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and feedback
Handle staff schedule, daily inventory, ordering, budgeting, setting goals, etc.
Manage & lead staff, provide training & maintain a safe work environment for the team
Able to make quick and effective decisions to overcome operational problems
Have strong communication skills to interact with teams, customers, and stakeholders
Develop & implement innovative strategies to improve sales & profitability
