Part time Sales Trainer

We are seeking a dedicated Part timer Sales Trainer who has working as a Lecturer from reputable university such as: UI, ITB, UGM and overseas university) to mentor and train our network of partnerships or distributors across Indonesia on effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate will design and deliver comprehensive sales training programs, providing coaching and mentoring to drive sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Development: Develop and implement engaging sales training workshops, both online and offline, tailored to the specific needs of our partnerships and resellers.
• Field Training: Conduct on-site visits to partnerships throughout Indonesia to enhance product knowledge and refine sales techniques.
• Skill Assessment: Identify areas for improvement in sales skills and develop targeted training programs to address these needs.
• Training Management: Organize and oversee all training activities, ensuring efficient delivery and maximum impact.
• Performance Tracking: Set clear objectives and KPIs for each partnership and training program, tracking trainee performance and progress.
• Coaching and Mentoring: Schedule individual and group meetings to provide personalized coaching and mentoring, supporting sales teams in achieving their goals.
• Training Innovation: Explore and evaluate various training methods and strategies to continually improve the effectiveness of our training programs.

Qualifications:

• At least 3-5 years of proven experience as active lecturer from reputable university.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of sales processes, best practices, and training methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage the entire training cycle, from planning to evaluation.
• Proficiency in learning management systems and software.
• Strong sense of ownership and commitment to driving company success.
• Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
