Bidang Kerja: Administration & Office Support / Administrative Assistants
Responsibilities:
1. Client Consultation on Visa and Company Registration Matters
- Providing detailed information on various types of visas (work, tourist, long-term, investor visas, etc.).
- Assisting clients in choosing the most suitable visa type based on their needs.
- Consulting on company registration in Indonesia, including choosing the company type, preparing documents, and complying with regulations.
2. Processing Visa Applications
- Preparing and reviewing documents for visa applications.
- Communicating with immigration authorities in Indonesia to obtain visas.
- Organizing the submission of documents to the relevant government agencies.
3. Document Preparation for Company Registration
- Advising on the selection of the appropriate business entity (e.g., PT, PT PMA, etc.).
- Preparing and collecting the necessary documents for company registration.
- Submitting applications and documents to the regulatory authorities.
- Assisting in obtaining required licenses and permits for business operations.
4. Monitoring Deadlines and Status
- Tracking the status of visa and company registration applications.
- Ensuring timely updates on the progress of documentation.
- Maintaining a database of visa statuses and registered companies.
5. Client and Partner Relations
- Communicating with clients, answering their questions, and resolving issues.
- Coordinating with partners and service providers such as lawyers, accountants, notaries, translators, and other professionals.
- Organizing meetings with clients and business partners.
6. Report Preparation and Documentation
- Maintaining reports on visas, deadlines, and company registration processes.
- Preparing periodic reports for management.
- Ensuring proper archiving of all documents related to visas and company registrations.
7. Updating Information on Legal Changes
- Monitoring changes in Indonesian laws related to visa policies and company registration.
- Updating internal procedures and guidelines in accordance with new legal requirements.
8. Handling Problematic Situations and Dispute Resolution
- Assisting clients in resolving issues with visas or company registration (e.g., visa refusals, registration delays, etc.).
- Helping resolve administrative issues and potential disputes with local authorities.
9. Support in Organizing Business Events
- Organizing events related to business setup in Indonesia (e.g., webinars, seminars, business courses).
- Coordinating business trips and meetings for clients, investors, and partners.
10. Ensuring Compliance with Quality and Security Standards
- Ensuring the confidentiality and security of client data.
- Training colleagues and department staff on Indonesian visa and company registration regulations.
What will be an advantage:
- Working knowledge of Google Sheets and Docs.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years experience to make kitas and working permit.
- Has experience work in kitas & visa agent company are preferable.
- Has knowledge about rules in immigration and manpower office.
- Good English spoken and written.
- Attention to details.
- Attitude can do.
- Term and condition to be discuss.
Terms:
- Remote work or in office in Bali.
- Part-time employment.
- Probation period - 1 month with the possibility of early termination of the contract.
