Active English is a Bali-based English training provider that has proudly helped individuals and businesses improve their English skills since 2010. We offer a variety of programs, including General English, English for Specific Purposes, and Test Preparations, such as TOEFL and IELTS. Our primary goal is to provide a high-standard learning experience for our students. Each of our learning programs is tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients, ensuring every individual achieves their targets—whether it's improving everyday conversational skills, communicating professionally in a business environment, or succeeding in international exams. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in expanding our business reach and helping more individuals achieve their English learning goals.

Qualifications & experience

• Active spoken and written English skills
• Holds at least a diploma or associate degree (D1/D3/D4)
• Can commute to Denpasar, Badung, and Gianyar (Bali) areas
• Technology savvy, can operate Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in B2B and the education field
• Passionate about sales and education, can work individually and in a team, proactive with a positive can-do attitude

Tasks & responsibilities

• Negotiating and closing deals
• Developing proposals and sales pitches
• Generating leads and meeting sales goals
• Researching and analyzing potential business opportunities
• Developing and maintaining relationships with prospects and partners
• Providing feedback and support to the management and the team
