Controller Assistant Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in financial analysis, data analytics, or a similar role.
• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Background in manufacturing industry is a must.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros) and other financial modeling tools.
• Strong understanding of financial metrics, COGS, OPEX, and NAV (gross margin).
• Strong numerical and analytical skills to process complex financial data.
• Ability to identify trends, discrepancies, and provide actionable insights.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including finance, sales, and operations.
• Strong ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive in identifying and solving financial and operational issues.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling financial information  

Responsibilities

• Extracting data from systems, performing data cleaning and ensuring data is clean and accurate for analysis.
• Assist Sales Controller Manager to create and analyze NAV (gross margin) actual and forecasting.
• Analyzing financial reports to local and regional team.
• Capex Monitoring.
• Contribute to the budgeting and forecasting process by providing data and analysis for future planning.
