Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Human Resources Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR information systems.
- Strong understanding of HRIS platforms such as BIPO, Workday or similar systems.
- Ability to analyze data and understand HR database concepts.
- Proficiency in SQL, advanced Excel, or other analytical tools is a plus.
- Understanding of HR processes such as payroll, attendance, and performance management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with strong problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, excellent communication skills, and able to work in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent in English
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the HRIS to ensure accurate and efficient employee data management.
- Develop and optimize HRIS features based on business and HR needs.
- Ensure HRIS integration with other systems such as payroll, attendance, and performance management systems.
- Analyze data and generate HRIS-based reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Provide technical support and training to HR teams and other users in utilizing HRIS.
- Maintain employee data security and ensure the system complies with privacy policies and applicable regulations.
- Collaborate with HRIS vendors for system updates, troubleshooting, and new feature implementation.
- Identify and proactively resolve technical issues within HRIS.
- Document procedures and policies related to HRIS usage.
