Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Human Resources Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR information systems.
  • Strong understanding of HRIS platforms such as BIPO, Workday or similar systems.
  • Ability to analyze data and understand HR database concepts.
  • Proficiency in SQL, advanced Excel, or other analytical tools is a plus.
  • Understanding of HR processes such as payroll, attendance, and performance management.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented, excellent communication skills, and able to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluent in English

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the HRIS to ensure accurate and efficient employee data management.
  • Develop and optimize HRIS features based on business and HR needs.
  • Ensure HRIS integration with other systems such as payroll, attendance, and performance management systems.
  • Analyze data and generate HRIS-based reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Provide technical support and training to HR teams and other users in utilizing HRIS.
  • Maintain employee data security and ensure the system complies with privacy policies and applicable regulations.
  • Collaborate with HRIS vendors for system updates, troubleshooting, and new feature implementation.
  • Identify and proactively resolve technical issues within HRIS.
  • Document procedures and policies related to HRIS usage.
