Technical Support - Poultry

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or bachelor’s degree in animal science.
• Proficiency in collecting, analyzing, and reporting farm performance metrics.
• In-depth knowledge of poultry broiler and layer production cycles, disease management, and vaccination programs.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships with farmers and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Valid Class A driver's license and ability to drive.
• Willingness to work in East and Central Java.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and advisory services to farmers regarding farm-level operations and improvements.
• Collect and analyze farm performance data.
• Analyze competitor activities and market trends.
• Respond promptly to customer complaints.
• Manage and lead the Farm Operation Support team.
