Farm Operation Support: Poultry

Requirements:

• Vocational High School in Animal Science, Diploma in Animal Science, or bachelor’s degree in animal science.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting related to farm performance metrics.
• Familiarity with modern farming practices, biosecurity measures, and poultry nutrition.
• In-depth knowledge of poultry broiler and layer production cycles.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with farmers and other stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to various farm locations as needed (West Java, Central Java, East Java).  

Responsibilities

• Collect broiler and layer performance data from our customers.
• Support farmers in planning broiler and layer cycles.
• Assist broiler and layer customers in achieving optimum performance using De Heus feed.
• Monitor the chick-in process and ensure smooth farm operations.
